The ShoulderSphere® was developed to enhance rotator cuff muscle strength and endurance, which is critical for athletes in all sports, but especially those engaging in overhead movements, such as baseball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and swimming, and is ideal for off-season training.

The ShoulderSphere® is uniquely able to target and strengthen the rotator cuff through its patented technology. The ShoulderSphere® consists of a clear globe that contains a small ball inside of it. It attaches to the wrist via a contoured splint that immobilizes wrist motion. The user spins the small ball within the ShoulderSphere® and, because the wrist is locked in position, the rotator cuff muscles are effectively isolated and required to do nearly all of the work as the ball spins within the sphere. The ShoulderSphere® provides real-time and continuous feedback of the user's power output during the ShoulderSphere® use through the use of a light on the product which lights up as green or red depending on the amount of power being generated and is perfect for athletes who wish to track the performance of their high-intensity training.
